Shipping charges

Free on every order within India. Your bag and checkout always show the exact amount, including any shipping, before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery times

Checkout shows an estimated delivery time for your pincode. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Remote areas, weather, festivals and courier delays can add time.

Tracking your order

Your confirmation email has a link to your order page. When your parcel is dispatched, we send you the courier name and tracking number by email or WhatsApp. If you have not heard from us within 3 working days of ordering, message us with your order reference.

Receiving your parcel

Every order is packed by hand in protective packaging. When it arrives:

• Check that the outer box is sealed and undamaged. If it is visibly damaged or tampered with, you may refuse the delivery and tell us.
• We recommend filming a short unboxing video. It makes any claim quick and simple.
• Report damage, leakage or a wrong item within 48 hours of delivery. See damaged or wrong items.

Please make sure your address, pincode and phone number are correct. Couriers call before delivering. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available after repeated attempts, we will contact you to arrange delivery again.

Outside India

Our website currently delivers within India only. For international orders, please write to info@thefumist.com and we will let you know what is possible for your country.

Returns

Sealed, unopened bottles can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The full rules, and how refunds reach you, are in our Refund & Cancellation policy.
